At the helm is award-winning Chef/Partner Robert Sisca, one of New England’s true culinary talents. Sisca worked as a sous chef at the Michelin star Le Bernardin in New York and launched numerous restaurants to national acclaim throughout New England. Today, he is the Chef Partner of Bistro du Midi and The Banks Fish House. In his creatively conceived dishes Sisca uses fresh locally-sourced ingredients, and his offerings include many vegetarian options.
