Fogo de Chao is a Brazilian Steakhouse serving guests in the centuries-old grilling tradition of churrasco, respecting the ingredients by cooking them slow and exposing their natural flavors. We'll be served a spread inspired by the grand kitchen tables on the ranches and farms of Southern Brazil where family and friends gather to share the finest and freshest ingredients. Our meal will include vegetarian options with irresistibly fresh vegetables, seasonal salads, plus imported meats and cheeses, artisan breads, scrumptious desserts and more.
