Tom Poggiani is an entrepreneurial legal executive with extensive expertise in commercial, corporate, and privacy law. As vice president of legal at Snorkel AI, Tom is instrumental in guiding the company through the evolving legal complexities of artificial intelligence. Tom earned his JD from Stanford Law School. Before joining Snorkel AI, he served as a director at Palo Alto Networks (PANW), where he built and scaled the legal team supporting PANW cloud business. He began his career at leading international law firms, where his practice focused on representing tech clients in corporate transactional work.
