Alex Ratner is the co-founder and CEO at Snorkel AI, and an affiliate assistant professor of computer science at the University of Washington. Prior to Snorkel AI and UW, he completed his Ph.D. in computer science advised by Christopher Ré at Stanford, where he started and led the Snorkel open source project. His research focused on data-centric AI, applying data management and statistical learning techniques to AI data development and curation.

Henry Ehrenberg is a co-founder of Snorkel AI, focused on technical strategy and engineering. He has been a core Snorkel team member since the project's origins in the Stanford AI Lab, building the open-source research library and conducting research on programmatic data labeling and augmentation.

Before Snorkel AI, Henry was the tech lead for Facebook Applied AI's representation learning team. Henry earned his master's degree in computational and mathematical engineering from Stanford University, and his bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from Yale University.

Paroma Varma is the co-founder and head of solutions at Snorkel AI, and earned her doctorate in electrical engineering from Stanford University. Her research focused on democratizing machine learning for domain experts who lack access to large datasets necessary for training intricate models, thus making complex AI technologies more accessible and impactful for a broader audience. She applied these methods in diverse fields such as medical imaging and autonomous driving.

As Snorkel's chief product officer, Ajay Singh leads the product and design team that is helping to define Snorkel’s industry-leading data development platform. Before Snorkel, Ajay was CEO and co-founder of Zebrium, a pioneer in the use of ML and GenAI to analyze software logs and pinpoint the root cause of outages. Prior to that, Ajay led product at Nimble Storage from concept to over $500M in revenue and thousands of enterprise customers. Ajay started his career as an electrical engineer and has held product leadership roles at NetApp and Logitech.

Bobby Shoker is the chief financial officer of Snorkel AI. He was formerly the CFO of Fungible which was acquired by Microsoft.

With over 25 years of experience, Bobby is a results-driven company builder and finance & operations leader who has played a pivotal role in shaping financial and operational strategies. His expertise includes strategic financial planning and capital allocation, ensuring robust growth, and maintaining fiscal responsibility. He has a proven track record of guiding startups and public companies through successful growth and exit strategies, including three acquisitions and one IPO.

Cate Lochead is the Chief Marketing Officer at Snorkel AI. With over 25 years of experience at companies like Oracle, Couchbase, and Intuit, Cate brings deep expertise in building high-growth marketing organizations. Prior to joining Snorkel AI, she served as CMO at JumpCloud, where she built a global marketing team that fueled three years of hyper-growth and helped secure over $300 million in VC funding. As SVP of Marketing at Carbon Black, Cate led product and corporate marketing through the company's highly successful IPO. Her expertise spans enterprise sales, open-source, and product-led growth strategies, particularly targeting technical buyers.

Karim Tarmohamed, chief revenue officer at Snorkel AI, is responsible for building and leading go-to-market. Before Snorkel AI, Karim led a team of 30+ sellers and leaders at Mulesoft, helping the eastern region grow from $0 to $200M ARR. MuleSoft went public in 2017, was acquired by Salesforce in 2018 for $6.5B, and is now a $1B ARR business.

Karim has experience as the first seller on the ground floor of startups, as well as executing and scaling hyper-growth organizations. Prior to MuleSoft, Karim held positions at BMC, Worklight (acquired by IBM), and IBM, where he started his career in consulting as a developer supporting some of the world’s largest financial services organizations. Karim has a B.S. in computer information systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Liz Sweet is the head of people at Snorkel AI, and is recognized as a senior leader in HR and talent development. With a passion for fast-paced, high-growth environments, Liz excels in building programs and strategies from inception. Her career highlights include pivotal roles such as senior director of people strategy and talent development at Intercom and senior director of people strategy at WeWork, where she led organizational and talent development initiatives. Liz also brings valuable experience from her roles in sales and management at Pandora and Twitter.

Liz holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco, complemented by a B.S. in communication and journalism from Boston University.

Ronaldo Ama is a world-class engineering leader and chief development officer at Snorkel AI. As the former vice president of engineering at Looker, he helped lead the product and company through its acquisition by Google. He then served as GM of Looker at Google for nearly four years, and currently serves as an advisor and board member to various companies including Conclude, Hex, and Yalo. His experience also includes leadership roles at Domino Data, Ayasdi, and VMware.

Tom Poggiani is an entrepreneurial legal executive with extensive expertise in commercial, corporate, and privacy law. As vice president of legal at Snorkel AI, Tom is instrumental in guiding the company through the evolving legal complexities of artificial intelligence. Tom earned his JD from Stanford Law School. Before joining Snorkel AI, he served as a director at Palo Alto Networks (PANW), where he built and scaled the legal team supporting PANW cloud business. He began his career at leading international law firms, where his practice focused on representing tech clients in corporate transactional work.

Vincent Sunn Chen is the vice president of new products & technology at Snorkel AI, where he drives new product development and applied research initiatives. He joined Snorkel as a founding engineer and built the ML engineering team from the ground up. Prior to joining Snorkel AI, Vincent conducted research on data-centric machine learning systems as a graduate student at the Stanford AI Lab. He holds both a master's and bachelor's degree in computer science from Stanford University.
